1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using SweatLock, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

SweatLock is a mobile application that uses on-device camera-based exercise detection to track workout repetitions and convert them into screen time minutes. The app integrates with your device's Screen Time (iOS) or accessibility services (Android) to manage app access.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• One account per person; automated or shared accounts are not permitted
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account

4. Subscriptions & Payments

SweatLock offers a free tier and optional Premium subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Free trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions through your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to cheat the exercise detection system (e.g., playing videos, using automated tools)
• Manipulating workout data, rep counts, or screen time balances
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or tampering with the app
• Harassing other users or submitting offensive content
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits

6. Health Disclaimer

SweatLock is not a medical device or health service. The app does not provide medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before starting any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk, and SweatLock is not liable for any injuries sustained during use.

7. Limitation of Liability

SweatLock is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or inability to access blocked apps.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete Account. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
